Eglinton Primary School PTA is an organization within the school made up of parents and teachers. we are best known not only for our fundraising work in aid of school but also and perhaps more importantly, our organised events and activities provide a very useful social function allowing staff, parents and indeed pupils o come together, develop a sense of community and mutual understanding.

The PTA committee is elected at the Annual General Meeting, usually in September of each year and our current members are as follows:

Secretary: Carole Frazer

PTA Events:

Some of the PTA's annual events include Summer and Christmas Fairs and events are also organised purely for the children's entertainment such as an annual school disco. The PTA always endeavours to come up with an original event every year and these have included a very successful 'Gourmet Night' (food stalls and cookery demonstrations), a fashion show and several quiz nights for the whole family.
