Welcome to the Year 6 super space!!
Since September, Year 6 have been involved in a project called 'Into Film' in partnership with the Nerve Centre. In Term 1 they incorporated film into Literacy by analysing film clips using the 3Cs and 3Ss - character, colour and camera, story, setting and sound! The children thoroughly enjoyed this aspect of the project.
This term the class have been incorporating film into Numeracy by producing short films linked to our Fractions topic. Using the 'Think, Plan, Create, Evaluate' structure, each group worked together to produce their excellent, entertaining films - they really were most impressive!
